The Goal:
The goal was to reposition Payphone as a premium tool for professionals and digital creators to monetize phone consultations. This involved redefining the brand identity, redesigning the mobile app for better usability and conversion, and creating a new digital ecosystem through a high-converting landing page and a membership-based e-commerce site.

The Challenge:
The existing product lacked visual coherence and failed to communicate its core value proposition. The app’s UI was outdated and difficult to navigate, and the website was not optimized for lead generation or subscription sales. The challenge was to design a new brand system, app interface, and marketing touchpoints that clearly communicated value, simplified access, and increased user trust—especially for first-time visitors.

The Result
We are launching new brand identity with a fresh color palette (orange + blue gradient), bold typography, and a simplified logo system to enhance brand recognition. The mobile app is currently undergoing a full UX/UI redesign with an emphasis on professional dashboards, easier onboarding, and improved booking flows. In parallel, we designed and developed a high-converting landing page and a dedicated e-commerce site for subscription plans, aimed at reducing service fees and increasing user retention. These assets have laid the foundation for future growth and scalable communication. *The new design app is still in development
