The Goal:
he objective was to design and develop a digital presence that matches the prestige and scientific rigor of Imendo Forum, while making event registration seamless and intuitive. The site needed to serve multiple audiences — physicians, researchers, exhibitors — and enable efficient ticket sales, information dissemination, and community building.

The Challenge:
The event’s domain is highly specialized and technical, so the site needed to present complex scientific content clearly and credibly. It also had to manage e-commerce of tickets, dynamic program schedules, faculty pages, and venue info. Balancing usability, performance, visual impact, and trustworthiness was key. Additionally, ensuring future scalability (e.g. multi-year events, exhibitor management, content archives) was a constraint in architecture and design.
